Insurance and Billing
We participate with most Hawaii health insurers including HMSA (PPO, HMO, Federal), HMSA Quest (QHMS), HMA, HMAA, UHA, AlohaCare Quest (QALC), and Tricare. We are happy to file insurance claims on your behalf. Please call or email us for information specific to your insurance company and plan, or if you do not have any of the insurances listed above.
Payment Options
We accept checks, cash, credit cards, Apple, Google and Samsung Pay at the time of service. Please see our Patient Care Coordinator for assistance if you might need to make other arrangements. We participate with most Hawaii health insurers and we are happy to file insurance claims on your behalf. We do expect payment of all copays at the time of service in accordance with our participating agreements with the insurance companies.
