Here are a few things to do before baby arrives:
1. Call the office to notify us when your bundle of joy is due
2. Complete the new patient paperwork prior to baby's birth

- Privacy Policy Form
3. Email that paperwork to [email protected]
Once you give birth, call the office while you are at the hospital to let us know when you will be released and we can schedule the first newborn visit.
